Sales call visibility for field teams

Every sales call, captured.
Every missed call, followed up.

SalesPulse syncs business-line calls and their recordings from your team's Android phones, turns every missed call into a task that closes when the customer is called back, and shows managers the team's whole day on one dashboard.

The problem

Calls are where sales happen. Spreadsheets are where they get lost.

Field teams sell over the phone all day. But the record of those calls stays on each person's device, and the calls nobody answered are the ones that cost the most.

01

Calls live on personal phones

Reps call customers from the phone in their pocket. When the call ends, the only record is a row in that phone's call history. Nobody else can see it.

02

Missed calls quietly become lost deals

A customer who calls back and gets no answer rarely tries a third time. Without a nudge, the follow-up depends on someone remembering.

03

Managers fly blind

End-of-day updates are recollections, not facts. Managers cannot tell who called whom, how long it took, or which calls never got a reply.

How it works

From sign-in to follow-up in four steps

No CRM data entry, no manual logging. Employees install the app once and keep working the phone.

Sign in with a mobile number

An admin adds the employee's number. The employee signs in with a one-time code. No passwords, no invitation codes.

Pick the business SIM

The employee selects the business line once. It is checked against the number they signed in with, and only that line is ever read.

Calls sync in the background

Moments after a call ends, SalesPulse records who, when, which type and how long, and uploads the recording if the phone made one.

Missed calls become tasks

Each missed call opens a task, with a reminder at 5 minutes and an escalation to the team's managers at 15. Calling back closes it.

Features

Everything a phone-first sales team needs, nothing it doesn't

SalesPulse is deliberately focused: capture every business call, act on the missed ones, and keep the right people informed.

Call log sync

Incoming, outgoing, missed, rejected and blocked calls on the business line, with number, time, type and length. A new phone brings in its last 30 days.

Ring time on every call

Each call shows how long it rang next to how long it talked, so a customer kept waiting 30 seconds no longer looks like a 2-second hang-up.

Click-to-call from the web

Click a customer's number in Call Logs or on a task, and your own phone dials it on the business SIM. No typing, no wrong numbers.

Call recordings

The recording the phone's dialer makes is uploaded with its call. Play it on the web at 1×, 1.5× or 2×, or download it.

Daily dashboard

Total calls, talk time, connected calls and unique clients for any day, with calls by hour and a row for every employee.

Missed-call tasks

Every missed or rejected call becomes a task for the person who missed it. Calling the customer back closes it on its own.

Reminders & escalation

A reminder 5 minutes after the call, then an escalation to the team's managers at 15, as push notifications kept in an in-app inbox.

Phone status

See whose phone has stopped checking in, and why: app removed, a permission turned off, signed out, or calls not being captured.

Webhooks to your CRM

Every call and every phone status change, sent to your own system as a signed webhook and retried for up to a day.

Teams

Group employees into teams with managers and members. Managers see their teams' calls, recordings and tasks.

Employee enrollment

Add people one at a time or upload a CSV of up to 1,000. Each row reports success or the exact reason it failed.

Comments & mentions

Discuss a task in place. Mention a teammate to bring them in; they hear about every comment after that.

Click-to-call

Click a number on the web. Your phone makes the call.

In Call Logs or on a missed-call task, click the customer's number. SalesPulse sends it to the app on your own phone, which dials it on the business SIM. No typing, no wrong numbers, and the call syncs back like any other and closes its task when the customer answers.

AI call reports

Read a call in a minute instead of listening to all of it.

SalesPulse turns a recorded call into a short report with what it was about, a score and the next action, so a manager can see which calls need coaching. An admin chooses which employees it covers.

No additional price on your subscription. AI is usage based, so you pay only for what you use.

Missed calls become tasks, with a nudge built in

The phone captures the call and the task appears in the employee's list. Reminders and escalations arrive on time even when the app is closed, because the server keeps the clock.

  • Reminder at 5 minutes, escalation to the team's managers at 15
  • Closes itself when the call back connects
  • Comments and @mentions on every task

Integrations

Send every call to Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or your own CRM

SalesPulse posts each call, and each phone that goes quiet, to your CRM or data warehouse the moment it happens. An admin sets it up in Settings.

Works withSalesforceZoho CRMHubSpotLeadSquaredFreshsalesPipedriveand any system that accepts a webhook

Salesforce

Post straight into a small Apex REST endpoint in your org. SalesPulse fetches its own token with OAuth 2.0 client credentials.

Zoho CRM

Point the webhook at a Zoho CRM function published as a REST API, which writes each call into your modules.

HubSpot, LeadSquared and the rest

Connect without code through Zapier, Make, n8n or Pabbly Connect: they catch the webhook and create the activity in your CRM.

Every call, as it syncs

A call_log.created event for each call, with the employee, customer number, call type, direction, start time, ring time and length.

Phones that go quiet

A device.offline event with the reason and the phone's details, and device.online when it checks in again.

Signed and retried

Each request carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature. Failed deliveries retry for about 24 hours, and Settings keeps a delivery log.

Your authentication

Up to 10 HTTPS endpoints, each with a bearer token, basic auth, OAuth 2.0 client credentials or your own headers.

Trust & privacy

Built to respect the phone it runs on

SalesPulse keeps the facts of business calls and the recordings the phone makes of them. It never looks anywhere it wasn't asked to.

Business SIM only

The personal line is never read. The selected SIM must match the sign-in number.

Recordings stay with the call

Each recording is kept with its call for one year. Only the employee, their team's managers and admins can play it.

Scoped access

Admins see the whole organization, managers the teams they manage, employees their own calls. Organizations are fully isolated.

Verified identity

Every sign-in is a one-time code sent to the employee's mobile number. There are no passwords to leak or share.

A record of who listened

Every recording play and download is logged, so admins can see who listened to which call.

Simple, seat-based pricing

One seat per active user, including the owner. Choose monthly or yearly billing, starting from 5 seats. Tell us about your team and we will set you up.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Does SalesPulse record my calls?
SalesPulse doesn't record calls itself. When the phone's own dialer records a business-line call, SalesPulse finds that recording during sync and uploads it with the call, next to the number, the time, the call type and the length. Managers play it on the web, and recordings are kept for one year. Only people allowed to see that team's calls can play them.
Which phones work with SalesPulse?
Employees use the SalesPulse Android app on Android 11 or later, and every call on the business line syncs. Recordings come from the phone's own dialer, which works on Samsung (Android 12 or later), Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO, vivo and iQOO, and realme and OPPO with ODialer (Android 12 or later). Phones that use Google's Phone app, such as Motorola, Pixel and Nothing, sync every call but not recordings. Owners, admins and managers use the web app in a browser, on a computer or a phone.
How does click-to-call work?
Click a customer's number in Call Logs or on a task. SalesPulse sends it to the SalesPulse app on your own phone, which dials it on the business SIM. If the phone can't start the call straight away, it shows a Tap to call notification instead. The call then syncs like any other and closes its task when the customer answers.
Will it read my personal SIM or contacts?
No. Only the business line you select during setup is synchronized, and it must match the number you signed in with. Contacts, voicemail, WhatsApp calls and other app calls are never read.
What counts as a missed call?
An incoming call on the business line that rang and was not answered. Missed and rejected calls both become tasks; blocked calls are recorded but do not. When the employee calls the customer back and the call connects, the task closes on its own.
How is ring time measured?
The app notes when the phone starts ringing or is dialled, when it is answered and when the call ends, and sends the seconds with the call. An outgoing call's ring time includes the time the network takes to connect. Calls from before the phone was set up, or made while the app was signed out, show as not measured.
How is AI usage charged?
AI call reports don't change your subscription price. Your organization keeps a prepaid credit balance, and each report is charged to it, so you pay only for the calls it covers. Admins can see the balance and what each call cost. They're told when it runs low, and calls wait until credits are added. A transcript that fails costs nothing.
How quickly do calls show up for managers?
Usually within seconds of the call ending. If the phone is offline or Android delays background work, the app retries and catches up, reading up to the previous 30 days.
Can I limit what a manager can see?
Yes. Managers see the calls, recordings and tasks of the teams they manage. Admins see the whole organization. Everyone else sees only their own calls.
Can SalesPulse send calls to our CRM?
Yes. An admin adds your system's HTTPS address in Settings, and SalesPulse posts every call, and every phone that goes offline or comes back, as a signed webhook. Salesforce can take it in an Apex REST endpoint and Zoho CRM in a function published as a REST API; HubSpot, LeadSquared, Freshsales, Pipedrive and others connect through Zapier, Make, n8n or Pabbly Connect. Failed deliveries are retried for about a day, and a delivery log shows what was sent.
What if an employee's phone stops syncing?
If a phone hasn't checked in for an hour, SalesPulse tries to wake it. If it still doesn't answer, the phone is marked offline with the likely reason: not checking in, app removed, a permission turned off, signed out, or not capturing calls. It shows on the dashboard and is sent to your system if you use webhooks.
How do employees get access?
An admin adds their mobile number, role and team, one at a time or by CSV. The employee installs the app, enters that number, verifies the one-time code and is in. No invitation code, no password.
